October Update
I'm on a roll...a slow roll, but at least I'm moving in the right direction and will hopefully pick up momentum as the holidays approach. October was consumed by travel and our Stix Retreat, but I still managed to longarm two quilt tops. Consider the two I completed at the end of September (that would be the 31st and 32nd of September) and technically I quilted four tops in October! How's that for productivity (and creative accounting)? The first quilt top that got me back to the longarm machine was Cece's Christmas Tree quilt...I enjoy the heavy stitching that it required, so shortly after our final Stix Chix left, I began working on it. I figured a day or two of intense quilting in a quiet studio by myself was just what I needed to unwind. And it worked!
